  Fine Dining at Forster RestaurantOur chef is serving up an eclectic range of contemporary and traditional dishes in The Dorsal Restaurant which showcase the best local produce and wines.Breakfast is served from 7:30am until 10:00am, with lunch available from 12:00 - 2:30pm and dinner from 6:00pm until late. Fully licensed until 12:00pm and including a large outdoor area under sails with glorious views over Forster Main Beach, The Dorsal Restaurant also features a bar, a mezzanine area which can be opened up onto the inside area of the restaurant and seating for 150 guests.
